Greetings TruckWin Software / CMS Customers:
With the close of 2010, we have some important information to pass on to you, our valued customers:
· Final 2010 TruckWin upgrades are available for install for all customers who had a 2010 service contract. Please contact Becki to schedule your upgrade at Ph. 800-477-2595.
· 2011 Federal Tax Tables need to be entered into TruckWin to reflect the changes that Congress has made to the Federal Taxes for 2011. With your 2011 service contract, we can import these tax tables for you in a timely manner. Please contact Becki to schedule a time to import the new tax tables. Otherwise, you can manually update the tax tables yourself. Please check your Circular E which the IRS sent you for the applicable rates at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p15.pdf Just a note to let you know it is not too late to obtain a 2011 Annual Support & Upgrade agreement. Please contact Sheri at Ph. 888-799-6587.
· Due to the Congressional decision to change the FICA tax tables so that the employee percent and the employer percent do not match, the 941 report in the TruckWin software is not showing accurate numbers. The update to correct this will be available on Wednesday, Jan 12th. Your 2011 service contract entitles you to receive the updated report. Please contact Becki for this fix. Until then, you’ll manually have to figure your 941 numbers. If you do not have a 2011 service contract and are going to need the updated 941 report, please contact Sheri for pricing options.
· Your State Tax Tables may have changed as well. TruckWin does not have these changes for you. You’ll need to contact the state in which you pay taxes into. Under your 2011 Annual Service Agreement, we’ll assist you with entering the changes, once you get them from your applicable state(s).
· In June, the government will be changing more tax rates and you’ll need to update your Federal Tax Tables again. We’ll communicate those changes when it gets closer.
